- Previous Experience: Director of Stakeholder Communication at Pairwise, Founding Executive Director of the Cornell Alliance for Science
- Education: PhD in Plant Biology from Cornell University, BA in Biology from Reed College
- Awards: 2021 Borlaug CAST Communication Award, 2022 Mary Clutter Leadership in Science Public Service Award
- Personal: Enjoys life in the Finger Lakes with her three children, originally from a small agricultural village in Illinois
