The Council for Agricultural Science and Technology (CAST) is pleased to announce Frances Pierce as its newest team member, joining the communications team as a Creative Media Assistant Intern for Spring/Summer 2026.
Frances is a senior majoring in agricultural communications at Oklahoma State University. Originally from California, she attended junior college before transferring to OSU and will graduate in May 2026. She is currently exploring her next steps after graduation, including graduate school.
In her role at CAST, Frances will support the communications team with graphic design and layout for social media and newsletters, short-form video and podcast editing, creative asset development for CAST publications and campaigns, and digital storytelling and visual branding.
Her work will directly support CAST’s mission of delivering credible, science-based information about food, agriculture, and the environment to a broad public audience.
Frances’s internship is remote and part-time, running 10–15 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
