In light of recent news highlighting the resurgence of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) and its significant impact on the agriculture sector, CAST announces a webinar titled “HPAI and Its Impact on Food Production Industries” on June 24 at 1 PM CST. This event will feature a multidisciplinary panel of experts discussing the latest updates and implications of HPAI on livestock and food production industries.

HPAI significantly threatens the U.S. agriculture industry, affecting various animal groups and food production sectors. The webinar will explore the virus’s movement between different animal groups, the current state of the poultry and dairy industries, and strategies to mitigate the effects of HPAI based on lessons learned from past outbreaks.
